School Workshops at the Marx Memorial Library
The Marx Memorial Library offers school groups specially tailored tours of our historic building and workshops featuring our unique archive collections, ideal for GCSE and A-level

Our workshops are educational for all levels, but are resources particularly helpful for history or politics students wanting to carry out research for their Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). Ou materials would also particularly help students looking at Russel Group Universities or Oxbridge. Taking part in one of our workshops can also aid students in writing their university personal statements.

Tackling Britain's Housing Crisis
Britain’s housing crisis has been increasing dramatically, as the horror of the Grenfell Tower disaster so tragically demonstrates. The shortage of safe, secure and genuinely affordable housing is a key issue in campaigns this coming year.
These three sessions provide the background information that we need in order to campaign most effectively, making the arguments for alternative policies for Homes for All, housing for people not profit.
